What are your UK delivery charges?
As we deliver and install many of our products, delivery charges vary throughout the UK. Before purchasing we suggest that you obtain a free quote for delivery. This avoids any confusion. We however are proud to offer free standard delivery on orders exceeding £1500.00 ex vat to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland.

All returned products of this nature are photographed on arrival at our goods in department.
Where a product is returned under the cancellation provisions above we will refund the cost of the product only to you within 30 days of receiving notice of cancellation.
If the product you purchase is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described, we will offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate and in accordance with your legal rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). Any such products can be returned to us free of charge.

We will not be liable to you, whether arising as a result of breach of contract or in tort or otherwise for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising as a result of any problem in relation to the goods, although this does not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
